We had a really enjoyable time hiking this morning. We headed out to Usery PArk at 6:30 a.m. and were treated to a great trail, perfect weather and an almost perfect 3 mile hike. Unfortunately I tripped on a rock when we were almost done. I did a girl "yelp", and against my wishes hit the ground. The good news is I missed hitting a cactus which was extremely close to my head by the time I stopped rolling. So I've been 40 for one day and now how have an aging complex... Better luck next time. :)

happy birthday! look how tall brayden is getting. holy moly. he'll be taller than me when we get back home (whenever that may be).
